Yes. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) recognizes the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) as a valid educational board. Students who did not have Physics or Mathematics in their 10+2 can appear for these subjects through NIOS and become eligible for a Computer Number and Commercial Pilot License (CPL) training.
